Change your Frames per second, I can see you have some good skill once you have played with the program a bunch, but start by changing the fps from 12 to 24,

Pretty good for a stick flash, but here is a tip to take the movie size down a bit...

when you are adding your music to the flash, make sure you stream it.

Properties > ( The music keyframe ) > set event to stream

The graphics were great, the voice acting was below par, but probably the worst thing about this is the script work.

The jokes were funny-ish, first charlie the unicorn parody i've seen.

but could have used some more reference to bioshock.
